Darlene Kniess was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana Her passion is growing her spirit, her ever growing circle of friends, growing with God, and learning to be centered through grounding. Darlene's retreats are filled with nature, feasts of delicate and rich foods, a main course of spirituality of the sole and dessert is the realization of healing, empowerment and a reconnection with yourself.
